How Does It Work?

This service is for if you lost all your keys.

You will have to send us your CAS and DME.

Compatibility

The service is compatible with nearly all BMW E Series Models.

Instructions

1. Place your order and make the correct selection.

2. Pack your CAS and DME in a small box. Press this link for a video to locate and remove the necessary parts. Try to avoid using bubble mailer or an envelope. We highly recommend using tracking, insured, and sign on delivery to ensure your key's safety. (Lost, stolen, damaged car parts is not our responsibility.) 
IMPORTANT: Please put your order number in the box as well. So, we can find and match it with your order. If you do not do this, it will delay your return.

3. Once we receive it, we will go ahead and process your order right away. You will receive shipping confirmation when we ship it out.

4. You will receive additional info after placing an order.

Yes, we will provide a 1 year warranty against malfunctions. This will not include physical damage, water damage, lost/stolen keys, or batteries.

How long does this process take?

Once we receive it, you can expect 2-5 business days.

If you would come to our autoservice it would take up to 1 hour.

Is there faster shipping options?

Absolutely, please contact us, and we can do overnight shipping. You will be responsible for the difference.

If your key stops working, it’s likely that there is a syncing fault between your key and your car’s security modules. The best course of action is to have a full test done on your key and your vehicle's immobilizer.
